<p>Nadam se da je s vrganjima teško napraviti takvu grešku i za svaki slučaj ne berem ih sama :).</p>
<p>Evo jednog jednostavnog recepta s vrganjima koji se sastoji od samo tri sastojka luk, vrganji i kiselo vrhnje (naravno ulje,  sol i papar).</p>
<p>Dakle, prvo pirjajte sitno nasjeckani luk na ulju dok ne postane staklast, dodajte narezane vrganje (nemojte ih narezati presitno) i kada vrganji budu spirjani dodajte kiselo vrhnje (masnije &#8211; crveno).</p>
<p>Na laganoj vatri prokuhajte još par minuta i začinite po želji. Ovako spremljene vrganje možete poslužiti uz pečeno meso, tjesteninu ili mladi pečeni krumpir.</p>
