Ponekad se čini da su nam svi najbezbrižniji i najljepši doživljaji u životu vezani uz ljeto. Možda je to zbog ljetnih praznika i godišnjih odmora, a možda i zbog bogatsva sunčanih dana kada sve djeluje ljepše, opuštenije i bezbrižnije.<br />
Za mene ovaj kolač ima okus sunca i ljeta, a možete ga dok je još topal i ljepljiv jesti sa sladoledom od vanilije za dupli užitak. Voće ne mora biti uvijek isto, ali je bitno da bude ljetno voće, zrelo i mesnato kao što su breskve, nektarine, šljive ili smokve.</p>

<p>Evo jednog jednostavnog recepta s vrganjima koji se sastoji od samo tri sastojka luk, vrganji i kiselo vrhnje (naravno ulje,  sol i papar).</p>
<p>Dakle, prvo pirjajte sitno nasjeckani luk na ulju dok ne postane staklast, dodajte narezane vrganje (nemojte ih narezati presitno) i kada vrganji budu spirjani dodajte kiselo vrhnje (masnije &#8211; crveno).</p>
<p>Na laganoj vatri prokuhajte još par minuta i začinite po želji. Ovako spremljene vrganje možete poslužiti uz pečeno meso, tjesteninu ili mladi pečeni krumpir.</p>

<p>Ovaj put je salata od heljdine kaše, slanutka i quinoje kao baza (može biti i leća, ječmena kaša, žuti grašak&#8230;). Od svježeg povrća dodala sam unutra luk, matovilac, tri vrste rajčica i ribanu mrkvu, a začinila s bučinim uljem, aceto balsamicom, solju i paprom. I na kraju sam dodala mekani slani sir (može i feta).</p>
